Katy, our Senior Wedding Coordinator, joined Balbirnie in late 2021 after building a strong background in weddings and events across several prestigious hotels. She now oversees all of our special events, including private dining, meetings, corporate functions, and of course, our beautiful weddings.

Highly creative and wonderfully detail-oriented, Katy is now fully immersed in every aspect of Balbirnie. She brings passion, precision, and a genuine love for weddings to everything she does. Katy is dedicated to making each celebration unique, seamless, and truly unforgettable and she very much looks forward to helping plan your most special day.
