Balbirnie's Homemade Ice Cream

The Caledonian Kitchens range of artisan Ice Cream and Sorbets, produced  by Balbirnie’s own team of Chefs, has been evolved over a course of 3 years work into what is now widely regarded as Scotland’s finest ice cream. We are proud to say our ice-cream is freshly made in the Kingdom of Fife using traditional methods and where possible local, seasonal produce. The care and attention given to our handmade ice-cream ensures that you consistently get the best.

The basis of this is the actual amount of local cream and dairy milk used, which in turn we combine with the highest quality of ingredients, to create this range of extremely highly defined, flavoursome and versatile ice creams. We now offer a range of 32 ice creams and 26 sorbets. The entire range is suitable for incorporation into premises where nothing but the best will do. We are delighted to announce that we now have a national distributor for The Caledonian Kitchens range of products.
