The Hogmanay Ball in The Ballroom

Celebrate the New Year in style and enjoy our magnificent “black tie and ball gown’ Grand Hogmanay Ball.

Champagne and canapés will be served at 7.00pm in The Long Gallery, then moving on to a sumptuous 5 course gala meal in The Ballroom. Entertainment will be provided by Velour Amour (who will play a mix of ceilidh and modern tracks) – the dancefloor promises to be packed all night long! A glass of bubbly and our Scottish piper will welcome in the New Year, with then more dancing and concluding with a further measure of aplomb at 2am, with Scotch Pies served on departure, and for those who wish- a complimentary Drambuie chaser.

We usually have about 150 guests attending The Ball and seating is on tables of twelve (the hotel will assist with seating smaller parties suitably together). Every year the ball proves to be a tremendous success – a truly memorable evening and simply the best party to welcome in the New Year!

HOGMANAY BALL Price – £125.00 per person

Price includes champagne reception, canapés, 5 course gourmet dinner, dance the night away to our fabulous band, pipes and a glass of bubbly at midnight. Celebrations go on into the ‘wee sma oors’ with hot mini pies and a Drambuie chaser prior to carriages at 2am.
