We provide complimentary wi-fi throughout the hotel, and have basic audio visual equipment, including projectors & screens.

We can provide tailored menus for food and refreshments throughout the day, from business breakfasts to canapes, buffets and working lunches, with a choice of dining options from our two restaurants and a choice of private rooms.

If you’re looking to host your team-building event at Balbirnie, we can help with group activities. If it’s corporate hospitality you’re after, at the centrepiece of our estate is Balbirnie Park golf course.

We can also offer exclusive use of Balbirnie for your event. Hiring Balbirnie on a private basis means that we will close our doors to the public and open them to you and your guests exclusively. Our event planning team can work closely with you to create a bespoke programme that best suits your specific requirements.

We also have 31 bedrooms and a self-contained apartment to accommodate your team or guests, should you wish.

We have several different day and residential delegate packages available which can be personalised for your own event.

 

Our day delegate rate starts at £45 per person, including VAT, for meetings with over 10 delegates. This includes:

*hire of the main meeting room from 9am – 5pm

*morning tea/coffee with shortbread/Bacon Rolls/Pastries or fresh fruit smoothie

*informal finger buffer or two-course seated lunch with coffee in either of our two restaurants

*complimentary in-house equipment

*mineral water and sweets in the meeting room

Please note any additional breakout rooms will be charged in addition. For small meetings of fewer than 10 delegates, a room hire rate will be charged and food/drink requirements priced separately. Please call us for great value rates.

 

For residential meetings, our 24-hour delegate rate starts at £175 per person, including VAT, for meetings of over 10 delegates. This includes:

*standard single acommodation with full Scottish breakfast

*hire of main meeting room form 9am-5pm

*morning tea/coffee with shortbread/Bacon Rolls/Pastries or fresh fruit smoothie

*informal finger buffer or two-course seated lunch with coffee in either of our two restaurants

*afternoon tea/coffee with fabulous homebaking

*complimentary in-house equipment

*mineral water and sweets in the meeting room

*three-course feature dinner with coffee and tablet

To upgrade to a deluxe double room for single occupancy, for a small supplement we can offer for an extra £30 per night. Please note that we have 31 bedrooms at Balbirnie – 11 deluxe rooms and 20 standard classic rooms. We also have a self-contained Triplex apartment which has a shared sitting room, two double rooms and one twin-bedded room (with bunk beds in this room too).
